Before you used to tier into bonus ex: 300 appointments would get a 2k bonus. Once a new CFO or COO came into the company they changed the apts to an individual amount per appointment. After tax the bonus was Pennie’s to the 1k-2k that was possible.

Micromanaging, management is not nice, writing up and terminating if you don’t meet their expectations… and you can be fired apparently without even receiving a write up.. improvement and hard work doesn’t matter, belittled and harassed by group leader, when asked to be relocated to new group was told no (even though I knew people had been relocated when they asked). Will refuse unemployment even when approved. WC investigated into refusal, unemployment benefits were deemed eligible due to no misconduct and wrongful termination. Company will lock out of all emails day of termination so there’s no way of getting access to proof of bad management. Pay raise only not awarded to those without CRC, even though when not required when hired, and raise is not worth the anxiety and stress from belittling.
