Pros

My current group leader is amazing and has our back and my team is great. That’s honestly about the only pro working here now. Rated business outlook as positive only because despite CVS not doing so hot at the moment, SH is staying afloat.

Cons

This company was great when it was its own entity. The beginning of the end was them going public in 2021 and then CVS acquiring them in 2023. It’s changed so much and all of it has been for the worse. Every time we turn around we’re being told of more things we’re losing - for instance, we were just informed annual bonuses are now being stripped down so only a small % will earn it whereas before we all had equal chance. Of course, since we’re part of CVS now, we have Aetna insurance and you’d think with CVS also owning them that our benefits would be amazing. Nope! I’m paying more now for insurance that isn’t that great. On top of that, we are being forced to use CVS for the pharmacy needs or they will not cover meds! Management : there is always the veiled threat of “do better or else” behind everything they say. Very frustrating atmosphere to work in and motivation severely lacking because of it. Breaks my heart that it has come to this. I felt so lucky when I got this job 4 years ago and was proud to work here. Now it’s a complete joke! I’ve noticed they still have Kyle as the CEO. He left months ago! Not only did he bail on Signify, he doesn’t even work for CVS anymore! What does that tell you?

Pros

The paycheck is steady and the bonuses can be nice. The hours are pretty convenient.

Cons

I work remotely. It is a very lonely job. No camaraderie when working remote. Making an upwards of 800 outbound calls every day to elderly people to get in-home health evaluation scheduled. The people are annoyed with how often they are being called. You need to scale back on how often you were calling these customers. The job is boring in dead end.
