Decent pay and some flexibility with time off

Cons

-Ill defined titles (too many VPs/higher without actual responsibilities) -micromanagement leading to too many meetings and working outside normal business hours (including weekends) -lack of vision/strategy (changes with market)

Pros

- There are some really lovely people who work at Signify Health and there are a few people higher up who may be able to change things to go in a good direction. - The services offered can actually fill in some really important gaps in the healthcare system and save lives. - Unlimited PTO is great and people seem to actually use it. - Totally remote

Cons

- Leadership does not seem to know what they're doing. - They say one of their values is compassion but the way the recent layoffs were handled showed absolutely no empathy and left employees in the dark for way too long. - The lack of communication, transparency and collaboration across silos is worse than anywhere I've seen. - The organization seems to be really top-heavy on execs, VPs and directors, with not as many people on the ground level. - HR doesn't seem organized or knowledgeable.
