Pros

Well first the pros: Pay is great. Comes with commission too so that is awesome. Coworkers are awesome. Work schedule is great.

Cons

Cons: Commission is made off the ones who agree to schedule appointments which you won't get often. You have to be very persistent. Many people are angry and frustrated from being called several times, borderline harassment. Managers treat employees like puppets then you get thrown away. After suffering the loss of my dear friends and my two children my manager was inconsiderate. Also got fired while in the hospital after being told I would still have a job. Job has some benefits, but not a lot.

Pros

- Meaningful mission. - Many capable and enjoyable coworkers for now. - Good work-life balance when teams aren't responding to management's (mostly preventable) "fire drills". - Good pay. - Okay benefits. - Okay tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Minimal transparency from Episodes of Care leadership: - withholding information from clients to maintain revenue from administrative fees - often slow-walking the release of critical data to get the "messaging" right - no explanation/acknowledgment of layoffs, undercutting employee trust in management New management killed our culture: - viewpoint diversity is discouraged overtly and implicitly by VP's and above - nepotism and group identity trump the merit of individuals/ideas - leadership spends hundreds of thousands of dollars on curriculum, guest lecturers, and made-up positions to emphasize skin-deep and sexuality-based diversity, while it lays off some of our most knowledgeable and competent employees - senior leaders make thinly-veiled comments about favoring those from marginalized communities in their hiring decisions - reactionary "fire drills" require immediate, defcon 1 responses and sleepless nights; yet the resulting deliverables rarely see the light of day - the boots on the ground must do their best to support clients and drive outcomes, despite our impulsive and detached management

Pros

Remote, Autonomy, the only Pros I can think of

Cons

Weak leadership. For years, repeated the same process in different iterations and wonders why they failed at BPCIA, severe nepotism, lead with iron fists
