Pros

Great areas of opportunity across all levels of the organization, if you're willing to grind it out! It feels good to want to come into work, and be greeted by friendly faces with an overall positive morale environment. The company has grown quickly, and especially now that there's an integration of two legacy organizations in full swing, it's a great time to come in and make an impact. The company moves fast, but in a good way. When you're in a larger environment, you have to constantly jump through hoops and beg for resources, but here, we pitch our case and most times, approvals for information, resources, etc. come quickly! Tuition reimbursement opportunities when many company are scaling back or eradicating altogether.

Cons

Compensation is a plus, but benefits are average/fine, so maybe not a big 'con' but also not a pro. For a healthcare company with a progressive stance, it would be nice for employees who've been at the company for a certain length of time to be justifiably offered maternity AND paternity leave.

Pros

Co-workers and culture are dynamic. What we do as an organization in the healthcare space with the goal of bettering the lives of our members makes me very proud to work for Signify Health.

Cons

Typical growing pains of a fast growing organzation.

Pros

None to note since ‘Signify’ inception

Cons

Lack of leadership at any level, unrealistic expectations, no organization, no policies in writing because “then we might be held accountable”. Poor across the board. Shady behavior. Lack of transparency to employees. Nearly all legacy VA employees laid off, unless offered to move to Dallas. Very “us” versus “them” mentality between the legacy companies. “Re branding” didn’t include changing the company name in many places and continuing operation under censeo. Poor reputation out in the field among insurance companies, providers, and member complaints. I don’t anticipate this company making it far, at least now without multiple lawsuits
