Pros

PTO, bonus structure, company events to boost morale

Cons

I wont say that all of my time at Censeo/Signify was bad. In the beginning, it was an environment where I learned a lot from the previous leadership and really enjoyed it. Over time, I came to realize that the respect for what credentialing is as does was just no there from the Executive team. Shortcuts were expected and compliance to standards were not important. We were often asked for creative ways to follow minimum standards. Going above the bare bones was frowned upon because it was credentialing "machine" and nothing more. The recruiting team had a say over everything we did and always had the Executive level carry out what they wanted. It all went downhill badly when the two leaders left. Their hands were constantly tied and they did not have the ability to handle the department correctly, nor actually pay people what they should. The process is very non-compliant and they do not have people in place that know how to do it. Signify seems to believe that if you have any credentialing experience anywhere, then you can do that job. If you have experience, you will figure it out quickly. If you don't have experience and then go somewhere else, you will see how bad it really is. If you are a credentialing professional: Don't do it.

Pros

This is the most understanding, flexible and ambitious organization I have been a member of. Our new leadership has a transparent vision that is capable of completely shifting the delivery of care in the home. Best Aspects include: + Awesome Espresso Machines + Deep desire from upper management to continue to make this a great place to work + A Culture of Flexibility and Compassion +Lots of excitement and vibrant ideas coming to fruition

Cons

-Classic growing pains of a quickly growing organization, rapidly outgrowing the physical space we have in the office, and figuring out how to retain culture with growth. Overall, these are the good problems to have.
