Pros

Decent yearly salary Good EMR system for easy data entry Flexible PTO that gets approved fairly easily Pretty Generous Holiday schedule

Cons

Communication has gotten quite bad between departments, managers and recruiters don't know what the other does. IT and physician support do not communicate well either. Visit times have been slashed to an unreasonable 45minutes per assessment taking time away from patients, they used to allow 65 minutes. Not taking the time to calculate drive times which makes the provider run late. Have heard they have cut the per diem rates and mileage pay substantially.

Pros

There is a true mission to improve access to and quality of care. It is not "Let's make a lot of money and maybe help out people along the way". You truly feel like you are a part of something special.

Cons

All corporate operations are moving to Dallas, though this is not all bad.

A great place to work

Pros

Great starting wage, working M-F with weekends off, major holidays off, PTO, benefits, great staff and management

Cons

The only downside is that it's a long drive out to Ellsworth AFB and sometimes it's difficult to get onto the base.
