Signify Health reviews

This used to be a really enjoyable place to work. Helping patients was what drove the company. Everybody pitched in to make it happen. Remedy Partners was a special place. Excellent culture. Serious workers. All that changed with the take over by Signify Health. Really cannot overstate the impact of new leadership and their push to go public. Efficiency is the name of the game. Now, the real work is gone and all that is left is lip service and window dressing. Nothing could be more disheartening. A once promising company lost to greed. It is a shame. Seriously. All leadership cares about is maxing out their eventual payday. Cashing out and moving on. Unlike most of the people putting in the hard work. Not getting taken care of or valued. Take a lesson, hard earned, from me and seek a job elsewhere before you are used, abused and ultimately excused by the rapacious ignoramuses and their lying lickspittles.
