Pros

- There are some really lovely people who work at Signify Health and there are a few people higher up who may be able to change things to go in a good direction. - The services offered can actually fill in some really important gaps in the healthcare system and save lives. - Unlimited PTO is great and people seem to actually use it. - Totally remote

Cons

- Leadership does not seem to know what they're doing. - They say one of their values is compassion but the way the recent layoffs were handled showed absolutely no empathy and left employees in the dark for way too long. - The lack of communication, transparency and collaboration across silos is worse than anywhere I've seen. - The organization seems to be really top-heavy on execs, VPs and directors, with not as many people on the ground level. - HR doesn't seem organized or knowledgeable.

Pros

It used to be a company that valued its providers and worked to create an environment conducive to great patient care and great work life balance. Not anymore

Cons

The company is focused solely on bottom line profits since it's merger, treatments of the providers has deteriorated and there is no longer any real job security. Their "full" time positions have been reorganized to be glorified per diem positions with no pay security.
