Disconnected leadership sinking Morale

Pros

4 day week, pay is relatively in line with similar roles at other companies. People managers care about their ICs well being and allow them to be heard.

Cons

Once you get past the management layer that directly manages ICs, there is a huge disconnect in the problems of our day to day and how things are addressed. Less than 6 months between Re-orgs mean people have no time to get used to a new structure and understand their new operating rhythm. Constant questioning from higher ups on the value of certain team projects without direct input of what they think would be of higher value. Fear of another round of layoffs with a looming re-org means ICs are distracted from their work and have little certainty of what tomorrow holds, let alone 6 months from now. When I joined Signifyd, this was a great company to work for, new rounds of leadership have made their waves and want to disrupt for the sake of disruption.

Pros

Signifyd hires great people and has the best work atmosphere and culture that I have been apart of in my career. It makes coming to work that much easier everyday. Management is great/flexible, pay is competitive, and they offer top notch benefits within the industry. I am very happy in my 2+ years at this company and it would take a significant offer to consider leaving.

Cons

401k is offered, but not matched at all at this point.
