Pros
Culture - There is time to blow off steam when needed. They also are 100% into work and home life balance. The People - Everyone is driven to succeed and do the best job they can. You know when you work with some one they actually care about their work and the success of the company. They pay - The salary Signifyed offers is on par if not more than what other companies offer. Signifyd is still a start up but the pay does not feel like it. Room for growth - The best part of Signifyd is they reward those that work hard. If you are doing a good job they recognize it and reward you for it. Many of my colleges have gotten opportunities and grown in there position because of this. If you are looking for the next level in your carrier Signifyd is the place to go.
Cons
Not enough meeting rooms. The company is growing so fast and so big it can be hard to find a place to have a meeting in our current office. Free food could be better. At times the free food they offer can get mundane. I Would like to see more options for this.
