Not everyone can say they love where they work (or even like where they work) but I can say with absolute certainty that I do! From day one, Signifyd and its employees have gone above and beyond anything I have expected from a company. Everyone is very welcoming, encouraging and friendly. The leadership team is supportive, approachable and goes out of their way to make you feel valued. The vibe has never been anything short of positive & fun and the work continues to be challenging and rewarding. I wake up everyday feeling lucky to be a part of this amazing team!

The people are amazing and the company makes it a point to plan events and create company bonding moments whenever possible. We celebrate just about everything together. The cross-department workflows are smooth, the best I've experienced in my work life to current date. There are daily interactions with top Executives within the company and those executives treat everyone like human beings, rather than just another number/employee and will often times take the time to strike up conversations as a check in on how people are doing, feeling, or if there's anything they can do to help. Promoting from within also occur, which is a huge plus for me since it shows that there are career growth opportunities inside and outside of my department. There have been at least three examples that come to mind of this happening since I have been with the company.
