4 Day work week which is rarely the case, however it is a benefit to have one day a week to allocate to focus time or otherwise.
Cons
Disturbing patterns of terrible hiring, firing, and "re-org" decisions from the C suite, where they tell the company that the reason they are cutting 50 roles is that they simply no longer have the need for their talent. Using the Facebook language regarding "low performers" and low level workers to keep the rest on edge. This leads to constant moving of the goal post and sets up the teams for failure by default.
