Opportunities to solve complex challenges and grow along with the company. Transparent culture. CEO is always direct and open about performance. 4 day work week. Flexible work environment. Good tech and smart coworkers.

Cons

Planning periods are hectic. Hard to get senior leaders to align. Pace isn't for everyone. Norm is solving problems at nearly any cost which means work is regularly reprioritized.

I've worked there for three years and I agree with the previous reviews the place is toxic. Also the last four 5.0 reviews are clearly written by the Senior Management/HR sycophants. No employee writes like that!

Pros

Senior leadership is well attuned to market shifts and strategically pivots as needed. Enough mature process is in place for stability while also still nimble enough to change when needed. Team members are well informed of company initiatives and the 'why'. Work-life balance like I've never seen.

Cons

Full remote can have it's down sides but overall the balance it provides is amazing
