Pros

Ample opportunities for advancement and lateral moves to new experiences. Incredibly bright people at all levels and on all teams. I say it's like being on a college campus -- you can find an expert on almost any subject who is willing to take the time to share what they know. A culture in which everyone works to help each other succeed and celebrates those successes together. Fully transparent senior leadership team that regularly shares news and developments whether good or challenging. Great benefits, including 401k match, equity, unlimited DTO and a 4-day workweek. Support for training and education.

Cons

Signifyd is ambitious, fast-paced and growing rapidly. It can feel overwhelming at times. The key is to take charge of your own workload and schedule – and to ask for help when you need it. You'll get it.

Undoubtedly the best place I've worked

Pros

-Colleagues are friendly and bright -Management is empathetic and helpful -Market-leading solution and services -Good tools and resources for doing your job

Cons

-As a start-up/scale-up you won't receive many leads on the sales team. Need to generate your own book of business for the majority of your sales in order to hit quota goals. That being said, this was articulated by 3 people during the hiring process and that's what you sign up for.

Great Company, Smart Colleagues, Interesting Work

Pros

Colleagues are smart, capable and genuinely good people. The work is interesting with novel issues and creative solutions. Convenient location whether driving, light rail or biking.

Cons

Open floor plan. Conference rooms can be hard to book during peak hours.
