Pros

- Amazing culture! Everyone is so friendly and down-to-earth (including execs) - HR and Culture Committee put together creative and fun events that bring everyone together - A ton of flexibility is provided to employees - Employees are recognized for their hard work

Cons

Nothing! I've had a truly amazing experience at Signifyd

Pretty Much My Dream Job

Pros

Signifyd is a fast-growing company stocked with talented and smart people. The place is as drama-free as any place I've ever worked. The leadership is bright, transparent and ethical. We're working on meaningful products that help businesses of all sizes be more successful. No two days are alike. I'm constantly learning and I'm constantly challenged.

Cons

The pace is fast and can at times approach frenetic, which is not a con for everyone. I enjoy the variety and excitement. It just might not be for everyone.

Great startup in San Jose!

Pros

- Company Culture - Perks & Benefits (Discretionary Time-off, Catered lunch, Snacks & drinks, health benefits paid for) - Office location in San Jose right off the 101 - Growth of company - People are humble and easy to work with - Work environment is open and collaborative - Series C round of funding recently

Cons

- Typical start up that doesn't have all processes laid out, but that can be seen as a challenge instead of frustrating depending on who you're talking to.
