Pros

The residents and their families.

Cons

No breaks, management very poor, very disorganized. They treat you like a slave for very little money. You easily do the work of four people. Very short staffed!!

Pros

They really practice what they preach! They absolutely run the company by their LOVE is greater than fear philosophy. They treat their leaders very well and will support you any way they can! A truly loving and amazing place to work.

Cons

No such thing as 9-5! There's always a lot to do!!

Low pay, no appreciation, they fire the good ones who speak up. Some managers are scared of the residents--sad!!
