There are no pros that I can think of.

Cons

High staff turn over. Management fires an average of 10-15 care staff a year. Its all for profit and severely understaffed, not enough caregivers for Dementia residents that requires more care and attention.

+ Working for a company that truly has a higher purpose - to enrich the lives of seniors with memory impairment, and at the end of life - is a blessing. + Silverado is a 'feedback-friendly' culture. You will receive feedback about your performance. It won't always be just the 'good stuff', which I appreciate. At Silverado they tell me about what I do well, and they tell me about what I can improve on - which I truly appreciate.

Cons

+ I'd like to see the company's benefits move from the barometer of "industry-best" to "Fortune-500" best. As the company grows, we should continue striving to be better in all areas.
