It was a fast growing company that I helped grow, until the last five years. Then market crashed .

Cons

It's was hard to lost a job that you thought you was going to retire at.

I feel that Simonton Windows is a great place to work. There are not many places out there with the benifets we have.

Cons

One of the biggest down falls to working there is the hours. In the spring,summer and fall they can be anywhere from 8,10 up to 12 hrs a day some times 6 days a week. but on the other hand it makes for a great paycheck. The hours really drop off in the winter we are lucky to get 40 a week.

It is a job close to home and the pay is not bad, there is not many jobs in this county.

Cons

They not show appreciation ,and not punish the people that breaks the rules instead they punish everyone . No recommendation period
