Many of the people at Simplot have worked there for a long time, and if you are trapped in a situation with poor management, it is unlikely anything will change for the better.
There is not much oversight on the work culture across the company. In my opinion, this has to change for the organization to be an overall favorable place to work.
There is also not much opportunity to move up and establish a fruitful career here quickly. Things take a lot of time, and for the younger folks, that can be a big issue. If you want a fast-moving career with high expectations for yourself, don't work here.
