Cafeteria: Having an on-site cafeteria can offer employees a convenient and affordable dining option, potentially saving time and money during lunch breaks. Competitive benefits: The company’s somewhat competitive benefits is a positive factor.

As a Black employee, I encountered a deeply troubling environment filled with discrimination and isolation. The impact on my mental health was profound. Many employees of marginalized communities have shared this same experience. **Discrimination and Microaggressions:** Discrimination was a recurring theme, manifesting in blatant isolation, actions, and countless microaggressions. Reporting these incidents through the chain of command (i.e. management, HR, or their anonymous hotline) proved futile, as leadership consistently ignored the issues and avoided confrontation. Worse still, they sometimes contributed to the microaggressions. **Work-Life Balance:** The company's relentless demands and minimal flexibility with remote work pushed employees to their limits. Multiple departments engaged in micromanagement to an absurd degree, suffocating creativity and efficiency. **Empty DEI Claims:** Despite their outward claims of caring about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), it was painfully clear that only certain facets of diversity were valued – those centered in whiteness. A vast majority of minority employees, including myself, left due to discrimination and harassment, with no meaningful action taken by leadership. **Failure to Address Toxicity:** Management displayed a shocking disregard for team dynamics. Reports of specific employees' toxic behaviors went unaddressed, leading to the erosion of morale and the exodus of talented individuals. The organization is homogeneous, with cookie-cutter teams (in thought and appearance) that mirrored each other. **Favoritism over Qualifications:** Promotions and leadership roles seemed driven by favoritism (and desperation) rather than qualifications. Individuals lacking leadership experience were handed people leader roles, and even when complaints arose about their leadership, they continued to ascend the hierarchy. **Toxic Leadership:** The presence of a leader who targeted individuals she perceived as threats was particularly concerning. This leader, adept at playing the victim, would manipulate situations and engage in toxic behavior unchecked, often resorting to lies and character assassination. In summary, my time at this company was marked by persistent discrimination, a lack of accountability, and a disregard for the well-being of marginalized employees. Their commitment to DEI rang hollow, and the toxic environment ultimately drove me away. I hope this review sheds light on the realities that exist beneath the facade of this well-known organization.
