Cons

Poor work life balance and rough culture. Overtime is mandatory and goes to the newest people whether they want it or not. This could lead to 6 to 7 straight 12 hr shifts which is 72 to 84 hour weeks on any given week.

Cons

Senior Management did not respect the efforts that was put in appropriately. Focused on their own success, using people as a tool to be successful and not focusing on the development of the individual.
