      Pros

      People are friendly. Family owned which is a nice change.

      Cons

      CEO has huge ego and values loyalty over diversity of ideas. He doesn’t seem to be able to communicate authentically or from the heart. It always sounds like sales pitch. They only talk about DEI so they can check that box. They don’t do anything to change the good old boy network.

      It seems this company changed on a dime, and the pros are now very hard to find.

      Cons

      Way overreach into employees personal lives, recently reversed, but leaving a scar that can't be forgotten. Many long-term and loyal employees were hurt severely by this, forced out, and those who did this are still in power.
