Great company and people to work with. Family business and not just a number. Pay is average but get a good bonus at Christmas depending how the company has performed. Handy, central location. Out of work functions for those that want to .

Cons

The powers that be overrule what is logical . The new IT guy in town is a wolf/clown. He'll get found out eventually. Anti-WFH policy, I mean come on! No room to progress. If you reach your peak on the pay grade, you need a career change here.
