Pros
You get to work with great people... Handful that you can trust and you will recognize this maybe through your first year.
Cons
You can't trust anyone off the bat, unless you know them prior to onboarding or related some way. Highly political and bi-polar environment, management milk you for what you have to offer and offer a fraction of help back. With my senior leaders we used to have passing greets or conversations but after my two weeks went in, not even a wave. I was ignored and only spoken to through my co-workers, pathetic leadership. If you like to take on so much workload on your own and end up having no time for anything else and health issues due to stress then this is the place for you. I gave 5 years of my life there thinking it would change but nothing always just words.
