      Pros

      Great pay for the amount of work you do, which isn’t hard.

      Cons

      Management needs a serious lesson in leadership, they are selfish and only in management positions for themselves and not the team. They have a “do as I say, not as I do” mentality. This is the majority, there are a few good ones.

      Horrible mental models. Stuck in the past, not open to challenge or new ways of thinking/working. Attempts at bullying and intimidation from peers and supervisors. Perverse ideas around work/life balance. Promotion based on who has the longest tenure and is most similar to the promoting supervisor. Terrible culture - lacking vision, value and principles of doing business. Utterly boring line of business and co-workers.
