Poor management drives away hard-working and talented individuals. Used to be a culture where input and innovation was appreciated. Recent restructuring led to management turning a deaf ear to front line employees and little to no regard for work load.

Extremely incompetent and dishonest middle management. I was treated poorly by both management and HR. There is a corporate culture that exists in this company that serves both to protect entrenched employees and mistreat new ones. Advancement is more of a popularity contest than a meritocracy. While I was there I saw at least two unqualified people get hired due to their family connections.
