Good company growth, great opportunities, great training, a lot of learning can happen quickly as the company is doing well.

Cons

More work for more competency, the better you are at your job the more you are expected to do, NOT ALL people at the same level are held to the same standards, do as I say not as I do Senior Leadership Team
