      Good Oldboy’s place. Very old school being left behind. Few work more the a few hours a day. Lots of web surfing and chit chat

      The Simplot Family is AMAZING! They contribute so much to the community... the least of which is not keeping this company privately-held with many decent-paying jobs. CEO Garrett Lofto is perfect. He's a great spokesperson, leader, and communicator. True Servant Leader, as was his predecessor. Big company, but not as much 'red tape' for promotions as publicly traded companies

      Missing a Parental Leave policy in their benefits offering Fully remote work isn't something being offered Salaries aren't competitive with other firms in the valley HR reporting to the business units is challenging in driving a "OneSimplot" for the function and retards HR development/career pathing. Consequently, lots of infighting amongst the top-level of HR leaders, jockying for position which trickles down. Clique-ish groups and behavior across the org make it difficult to 'break-in' to certain groups. Challenged with limited diversity at the top levels including low representation of women and Hispanic leaders which make up a significant portion of our workforce.
