Poor treatment of employees by higher ups and abuse of power

This is for guadalupe location only.. Low pay Management doesn't care about you You get lucky if you get 20 cent raise They get mad if you take your breaks or lunch, management sits next to you talking about work while you taking lunch or breaks. They say Saturday are optional but in reality they're mandatory. Semi trucks aint safe to drive but still expect you to drive them. Old semi trucks never new trucks. If you skip your breaks or lunch they still aint happy, they still tell you that you're super slow even tho no one can do better and faster work then you. No room to grow, management has family working with them so they're family will grow while you don't.
