      Not a good place to build career skills

      Pros

      Good pay, and generally decent people who do try hard.

      Cons

      Very much male dominated at all levels, 2nd and 3rd generation family run resulting in a lack of transparency in company initiatives, very poor communication, old technology stack and stagnant expertise, projects seem to be date driven without respect to the actual capacity to get it done. Meetings, very long meetings are the norm, little to no opportunity for valuable mentors because internal skills are lacking. Too heavily reliant on consultants who are just trying to sell their next gig.

      Pros

      Big stable company that has potential for experienced specialists.

      Cons

      They toss you to the wolves, not good for picking up job skills, stale management is way behind on modern concepts and tools. Leadership is pretty cruel to the employees. Not at all good for women.

      Pros

      Very few pros left at this once great place to work. Desperation to hire candidates, due to extremely high turnover, has led to the ability to earn higher than market rates, for most positions, but not really worth it.

      Cons

      This is a family run, huge company, that has gotten well beyond the family's ability to manage. People are treated poorly, as property, not as valued members of a productive team. International investments have caused this company to stretch beyond the original values that made it great, and a one-size-fits-all approach has destroyed the culture resulting in extremely high employee turnover, for good reasons, you'd be best to avoid, unless you are actually a member of the family.
