      Pros

      Good pay, Good people, in the long run and if you are patient you may advance

      Cons

      Micromanagement, long hours, you get only one week a year towards your leave, you are given eight points when they employ you if you call in they deduct a point, if you are even a second late they deduct a point if you loose all you’re points they fire you

      Pros

      The people I work with are very friendly and the benefits are great. The pay is really poor though. I have a master's and 3 years of experience and I'm barely making 50k.

      The pay is not great.

      Pros

      Great family friendly environment. Co-workers are typically hard working, easy to get along with, and helpful. New work environment is open, warm and welcoming. A lot of different types of work spaces from living room set ups to plug and play conference room spaces both large and small. Both indoor and outdoor options. Competitive salary and benefit packages.

      Cons

      There are pockets of managers in areas of the company that need training on Company values and management skill training as these managers make a great Company and a great place to work difficult and stressful for needless reasons.
