Friendly people, pleasure to work with most folks in the Boise HQ. Leadership genuinely seemed to care about my personal life.

Cons

Huge differences in workload compared to peers for the same (or less) pay. The company relies on a few people working extremely hard. Workaholic leadership culture, low trust environment.
