Schedule is convenient, 36 hours one week and 48 hours the following week. You are provided a "work" uniform along with a boot/shoe voucher.

Cons

Pay is a con, with the work schedule the total pay is low, it is hard to maintain during the time of inflation. Management can be hard on employees seeking punishment for things that are out of employee control.

Cons

Poor work life balance and rough culture. Overtime is mandatory and goes to the newest people whether they want it or not. This could lead to 6 to 7 straight 12 hr shifts which is 72 to 84 hour weeks on any given week.
