management is horrible start of with a great concept of leadership training but once in the position the upper management must not of taken their course they are horrible and blame everyone but themselves for their safety issues and over spent budget went thew 5 electrical supervisors in a year whats wrong corperate simplot are you blind look at your managers there its not the people you hire its the management that can not get behind your values

Management is horrible. Constant changes in management and managing styles makes it needlessly stressful. Management also has their own little cliques that made things incredibly annoying to deal with. Random favoritism and extremely overbearing but only when management feels like it. Employee “appreciation” is a complete joke, hope you like getting free meals around major holidays and a $20 gift card to a local grocery store SOMETIMES. Don’t expect to have a life outside of your job especially if you’re a good worker.

No to little training, political and hostile work environment. It was fine up to a point.
