Communication sometimes is lacking in support to the market

Long hours, needs more accountability for those who never complete task.

Long hours and old school mentality.

There are none. Training is a ongoing issue. Turn over with employees is bad. But it is what it is have to keep training and advancing

Training is hands on and lacking in some departments

Poor management response to ideas and suggestions. Not enough support provided for the effective execution of required tasks. Poor training provided for systems, procedures and applications.

There are pockets of managers in areas of the company that need training on Company values and management skill training as these managers make a great Company and a great place to work difficult and stressful for needless reasons.

Directors and Senior Managers do not see employees as a resource, rather as replaceable. Lower salaries due to thought that people are privileged to work for them in the Boise, ID area. Does not promote managers who have management skills while promoting people decent at their jobs and not giving them the leadership training they need.
