Pros

Six Flags Marine World is a great place to work. It promotes growth for any individual who is willing to put in the time and effort. Make sure you don't call out sick, always have a smile on you face, willing to work overtime if asked by your manager and at the end of the day help him or her with the paperwork, or simply clean. There will be times where you will find yourself having way too much fun.

Cons

All of the departments are different. There are some departments which are not too pleasent to work in. You just have to hang in there and the following year or that same year request a transfer.

Pros

The best reasons to work at six flags are you get work the job that you know that you do not want to have for the rest of your life. When you work there you get free tickets.

Cons

The pay is not very competative. The facilities are out of shape and out dated. The management are arm chair quarter backs. They are always changing things and implementing ideas with out going to the source and attempting to see if they work for themselves.
