Pros

interact with lots of different people, meet new friends, climb the ladder in managment, lots of employees so easy to get a day off if you really need it,dont have to have any prior qualifications, very very easy to gey hired, can work more hours if you like

Cons

pay rate is low, standing for long periods of time, the weather can sometimes be a little hard to work in,no time n a half pay,its only a seasonal job n it usually shuts down around november and resums oprearations in april.some customers can have very nasty attitudes for no particular reason, you also might have to clean up vomit every once in a while if you decide to work in the rides or park service department

Pros

It's an easy job to get for the summer. They do offer a small rewards program for upselling, but it is fairly random (undercover shoppers). They don't always provide managers on each site, when you are "required" to have them, which can put you in a bad spot.

Cons

They have very strict rules, but sometimes expect you to do things outside them on an individual level. They do not schedule you consistently or in any relation to what is promised. They expect a lot of work with no responsibility, but too much accountability.
