Pros

Interacting with guests, making guests happy to see a clean park, independence and freedom, being able to walk around and not be confined to a tiny area, good pay, very good overtime pay too. This company really cares about the employees and makes it a good experience. Also, your coworkers make it more enjoyable to come to work.

Cons

took forever to get the job, being in the extremely hot weather, leads and supervisors were very demanding and hardly did anything themselves, the uniforms, being tired and sore after almost every shift, and the break rooms were horrible!

Pros

The benefits As an employee we got a 45% on pretty much just retail items and food. We also got free admission to the part, and after 40 hours of work you got a "Buddy Pass" sticker on your employee ID where you could bring a friend for free. There were also some free day passes to the park once and a while. I got about three. They really focus on the rewards thinking they can steal your soul and what is left of your life-force.

Cons

Pretty much everything about the job -hours were not flexible -management doesn't care -the pay for the amount of work you do is a joke -the amount of time you get for a break is unreasonable for people that work at a location far from the employee cafeteria (I got half hour breaks, but the trip to the cafeteria was 15min) -they let teenagers be team leaders (a 17 year old should not be running a location. I was 20 when I got promoted, and the 17 year old still though he was above me, even though we got promoted together. He broke all safety regulations, did not ever close properly, and handled guests badly) -management does not respond properly to complaints (they won't get back to you about "solutions) -and if you request time off months in advance, you still won't get it off [Notice I didn't even mention customers]

Pros

Get to interact with hundreds, even thousands, of parkgoers each day. Great if you like working with people. I love amusement parks and people so that was great for me.

Cons

Job can be rote and boring after a few months; coworkers and supervisors did not seem to care much about their work beyond the fact that it payed the bills. Would have liked to see more enthusiasm.
