Pros

This company has some projects which sound good. It announced the demonstration of a micro-ITLA tunable laser and a 100G QSFP28 transceiver this year.

Cons

Frustrating work place. There is no loyalty between the employer and employees. It announced the New Generation micro-ITLA tunable laser and the practical 100G QSFP28 transceiver, but the CTO and VP-marketing left soon.

Pros

This company is good for raising money from outside and for hiring hardworking engineers.

Cons

It has efficient strategies to kick out the employees. If the guy is someone below director level (including director), he will be directly kicked out without any signs, and other employees will receive an email from the company not to contact the guy, otherwise…. If the guy is in the VP level, the company will hire a new SVP, and force you to report to him till you leave there in a couple of weeks or months.

Pros

Absolutely none unless you are a masochist, there's a reason this company only has 1 star. There are intelligent engineers and good people but senior most management overshadows any positives.

Cons

Absolutely everything, case study on how not to run a company. The most disorganized and dysfunctional company I have ever been a part of. CEO is the root cause of all problems. Zero work life balance, you will need to give up your weekends, vacation, holidays, and family.
