unbelievably bad place to work.

Pros

I worked at Novati and I was up to 4 weeks of vacation - (8 yrs) and couldn't take it after skorpios buyout - done with them

there is nothing good to say -- really there isn't

Pros

Decent salary and health insurance. It might be an ok place to work for a short term if you don't care to work long hour everyday and during the weekend.

Cons

Horrible working environment, terrible management with no clear goal. The engineers actually do the work are not appreciated, instead are instructed by the managers with no related background. Changing directions all the time, just wasting money and time. Setting unrealistic goal without careful plans. Most employees hate to work in this company.

Leaving the company. Happiest day of my life!

Cons

Don't waste your time applying. here!! You are selling your soul to a company that uses old tools that break constantly , and to cheap to pay the vendors on time. Making of a horrible nightmare with the vendor when trying to get parts or chemicals . CEO only cares about his product, and blows smoke to current customers to make them feel there #1. Look at the trend of reviews and you will see the CEO is the problem. I'm sorry for anyone still there working under that maniac.
