Pros

none except that some talented people working hard there

Cons

Almost everything. CEO is as spoiled as 3-years-old of my neighbor, SVPs and VPs are incapable and ridiculously occupies high levels, this is the root of tons of problems.....People working hard are not treated fairly. The company has been suit multiple times for illegally abusing people. No work/life balance at all.

Pros

A lot of talent, a lot of good staff at the worker level. Very friendly, hard working engineers. Think they robbed Mcorp's...

Cons

"Startup" means the engine turns over at some point. Skorpios has been "starting" for over 5 years. The problem is with management and top heavy org. Never seen so many VP's in a company before. CEO has anger management issues and behaves like a spoiled child when he doesn't get his way. If you're desperate, go ahead. Otherwise.... Just don't. You'll thank me later.

Pros

Good pay. That's all.

Cons

I waited two years for some sort of improvement. Management doesn't have any idea how to empower employees to succeed at their job. Job title changes without proper training or pay compensation if you are not management. This is the most dysfunctional company I have ever encountered.
