Salary was good, bonus structure was fair to all. The teams and employees are a definite plus
Cons
High stress work environment, high turnover due to lack of direction and now layoffs. The ee to supervisor ratio is high. New CEO came in to just make cuts to the budget to get Smarsh ready for sale. Morale was at an all time low with people waiting to see if they are next
