Smart & Final reviews

I'd worked at this store for almost five years. I worked full time hours for part time pay. Absolutely no benefits. Now onto the worst part about it: the management was awful. Just so awful. The store managers didn't half know what they were doing and if you made a suggestion to help out the store in any way, you'd get shot down and treated like it was the dumbest idea they'd heard. The stores are like high school 2.0 with cliques and managers playing favorites. The favorites would get the best hours and were more likely to be promoted or put in other departments. If I could give this less stars, I would've.

Incompetance galore, broken equipment stupid corporate policies that create more work for an already understaffed and over burdened workforce. I can go on but if you want to work somewhere that has a "us and them" mentality when it comes to managers/corporate and regular employees Smart and Final is your place.
