Pros
A very fun place to work. Great company culture. Leadership truly goes above and beyond wanting their employees to make money, get promoted and stay long term. If you are willing to work hard, be open-minded and hang on as this company grows exponentially, this is a great place to be.
Cons
Sales are sales. This company will give you all the tools and resources to help you learn, and motivate you to make money. But you better make sure you bring in your "A" game every single day.

Decent Product with a decent management team. Decent culture.
Cons
If you haven't been there from the beginning, you're playing by the rules in the handbook. If you have, you can do whatever you want. I have never worked for a company before where another person in the same position as me is given so much grace and leniency and others in my position are chastised for similar behaviors.
