There are no Pros to working for Smart Procure

Cons

They hire many untrained and inexperienced employees at a low wage to do grunt work. They do not give them tools for providing good customer service, so employees are rude and competitive with each other.

Entrepreneurial vibe. Ability to try new strategies and work in a west-coast culture (not corporate America). Top performers are rewarded. Management has open door policy. We are creating a new market and blazing the trail for a more efficient government. Challenging but rewarding.
