      Reliable pay, no evening shifts

      Cons

      Low pay, work all weekends, little to no bonuses, micro managed by upper management, no consistent schedule. High turnover...see over 12 people quit in six months in one district.

      Pros

      The only pro is if you e not working in storage, then you get to work in storage.

      Cons

      District leadership is a joke. They will work you to death and then ask for more. Things that are broken do get replaced/repaired. You do all of the maintenance on the property by yourself, I.e. cutting locks, fixing doors, fixing break ins etc. on top of mainting the office and monthly auction files. Very high turnover rate so you’re also always training.
