Pros
I believe they would like to be acquired asap - never IPO - rather flat out acquired - I think by summer of 2018. My gut and hindsight 20/20 is that they are looking towards cutting expenses in as many ways as possible towards that end goal - hence the layoffs and so forth... People had to take unpaid leave, last week lunches stopped or were seriously cut back etc. If they succeed in getting acquired, not sure if someone is just buying SZ for the analytics or to quash a piece of their competition thus not sure how many SZers will keep their job....
Cons
As you've read from other reviews, salary is on the very low end. Sales is shaky as the Senior VP of Sales and second in line are no longer at SZ. Several AE's and Senior AE's have either been laid off or left. Key people have bailed.... This job is for people that are looking for a quick flip, not a long term position in my opinion.
