Pros

no office can work from home salary paid end of month You learn how to work on weekends You learn that choosing this company is truly one horrible decision. You learn that no matter how hard you work people will still try to throw you out. You learn that being a yes man is the best option possible solution

Cons

1.Internal Politics , Selfish Management who will promote or fire or give you out of your pay perks not based on merit but because they are the owners and you are on their side 2.No Work life balance any body can call u at anytme timezone no matter 3.You will need to work for more than 15 hours every day. 4.No Hike will be provided even if your team player but you ill be fired if you aks 5.Even your sick ask to work on late nights. 6.Poor Management. Its just one large version of squid game where everyone wants to shoot each other. Only in this game you don't actually have to shoot each other but they still do it and no one even knows why. Very poor senior management and poor decision making skills. There is no business plan which leads to pressurizing employees to stretch at any extent to finish job as and when a job or an opportunity comes. People join and leave the company in less than a month or two. Company doesn’t even cares about it but simply does a replacement. One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. Highly NOT recommended.

The Executive Team/HR is sorry that you have had such a negative experience working for SmarTek21. Being with SmarTek21 for more than 16 years in the corporate office, many of my colleagues as well as myself, have yet to hear or experience many of these experiences in which you speak. We understand no company, teams, or management are perfect and improvements can always be made across the board which we take very seriously but I would have to say your experience is probably one of the most traumatic experiences to date and for you to have endure it for 3 years is remarkable. Our executive and HR teams are reviewing this feedback and will address these areas of concern with all management in hopes to improve our process for future success. We are happy that you found working from home and salary were positive areas and hopefully you found some growth after several years working for us as well. Thank you for your 3 years of services, we appreciate the work you put in and wish you success in your next professional venture.

It is headed by a megalomaniac person who calls him a leader the only pride he has is saying that he was from Microsoft, coz he has not scaled the organization neither products. Everything has to be done according to his whims and fancies . Expects people to be subservient to him, is known for shouting using abusive language, passess discriminatory comments about Indians, the entire family is highly racist. They create dubious companies and then just leave them to name a few ST21BOTHUB TECHNOLOGIES, INTELLITEK they talk big words about equity, ESOp etc and it's funny to hear these words as they dont even pay the appraisals or varaible pay on time for years and years together and every year they fire employyees closer to begining of the year so that thye may refrain from paying variable pay and appraisals. You can talk to any of the Senior level India leaders who are currently there or who have exited and thye will tell you tales about their arrogance, including many many HR people. This is a complete family fiefdom of an individual and many Exec leaders including folks in onsite have been thrown out who had spent close to a decade. The group ceo is responsible for toxic work culture and sub human treatment of the employees It's a family run shop where people who have zero experience or knowledge make life miserable for able employees From HR to operations to every where it's incompetent family folks and yes bosses who run...ruin this place. mintu was the only hope as we have worked in his leadership in the past stinit amd he respects employees and treats them good and the organziation was good only furing his leadership, but he has also been kept aloof from all that is happening so no hope. Thye are now starting a new organization called IntelliTek just to sell soon please stay away for your own good they don't care about employees it's only their wealth growth...

One would think as a 'current' employee with more than 5+ years of working experience with SmarTek21, there would be more than well-wish bouquets and birthday coupons that would keep one motivated to continue to work in such an environment that is described above. Glassdoor does not take down original reviews by employees, in fact, their community bylaws encourage the expression of opinion of any employee whether it is based on truth, lies, and/or a lack of moral ept. It is disappointing that after such a long time of employment with SmarTek21, there would be such a disrespect for the founder of the very company that has employed one for 5 or more years. We welcome constructive feedback to help us provide better training for various management departments, but we do not support hate speech and racist undertones towards any employee or manager of our great company. SmarTek21 finds this type of attack on an entire family irresponsible, malicious, and volatile. Such a disgruntled attack with outburst of anger towards the founding family and any employees is a concern and needs to be investigated for the safety of our employees within the walls of SmarTek21. From a 'non-family member' employee who has worked for SmarTek21 for 15+ years, the family who owns this company gives back to their community, they take care of the orphans and widows and has employed hundreds around the world. There is a tremendous amount of sadness around the mentioned experiences you have endured and the opinions in which you have gathered in the last 5+ years, and we can only sincerely hope that you find an environment that will bring you peace and success in the near future.
