I am sorry that your working experience was not a positive one but your accusations contradict everything I (as well as the majority of our employees) have observed throughout years of working with our executive teams and directly with the CEO/Founder Al Lalji. The CEO is a gifted visionary who travels to each of his 5 offices around the globe and prospective new clients; therefore, he is not able to sit in the Corporate office many days out of the month but always makes himself available via phone and email to each of his employees whenever needed. The all hands meetings are made up of 6-8 different stakeholders who combine their information into one presentation that is delivered by the CEO or CRO. I personally have not witnessed two of the same. Like all competent tech companies, the Company responds when employees engage in misconduct or if they fail because of lack of the necessary motivation or skillset to get the job done they were hired to do. For example, we unfortunately recently addressed a situation where an employee recruited certain employees to work (while employed) on competitive, non-company, for profit, projects using our company resources. That type of behavior is unacceptable and unloyal. We invite fair and honest reviews and criticism is welcome. That helps drives us as a company to make forward positive changes. But when reviews are false and so obviously intended to mislead and reduce SmarTek21’s hiring pool, the Company will respond to set the record straight. That is the case here. I am sorry you had a negative experience within the recruitment process; however your assessment contradicts what I have observed throughout the years of working with the recruiting team as well as the countless of satisfied employees hired through that very same process. All of our recruiters are senior level talent ranging from 7-20 years of experience; therefore I find it surprisingly odd for such a disapproval.
